Travel Team

Providing an opportunity for the Delaney Hockey Program to compete at various locations across Canada is a core element of our program. Players get to experience hockey off the island, encounter life in a different city, and most importantly build new friendships and make new memories to last a lifetime.

DHP is pleased to offer a travel team experience to players of all skill levels. Much preparation is put into making the travel team experience a positive one for everyone. This process starts with a series of identification camps where players are evaluated and selected for a travel team that best suits their skill level. Once teams are selected, we practice as a team and try to participate in exhibition games with other private hockey programs.

Once you travel with our program, you will be a member of the DHP Battalion. This name is exclusive only to our travel team program and it comes with a unique logo that will leave a lasting impression between the player(s), their families, and DHP staff. DHP is extremely proud to have met and worked with some of the top hockey talent Newfoundland and Labrador has to offer. We have met great people and forged friendships to last a lifetime.

DHP is certainly proud of our past travel team accomplishments and are very much looking forward to continuing to provide travel team opportunities to those who are ready to commit to becoming a member of the DHP Battalion.
