Welcome to the new Delaney Hockey Program (DHP) online registration system. After a complete rebuild of our webpage, we feel that this system will serve you much better than previous versions. It will let you register your child, on your own time, in the convenience of your own home with a much better user interface for easier access to your account details and registering for upcoming programs.
Please read the information on this page before beginning the registration process.
All previously registered players, and parents wishing to create an account with DHP will need to signup for a new account with this platform.
It is a good idea to create an account and register your child/children in the system before our programs become available for registration. This will save you time during the registration process.
When registering for DHP programs, no registration is complete and official until full payment has been received in person, or online through PayPal, credit card, or EMT.
- You must first set up an account with a password and email address. Follow the instructions to add the players you are registering. Please complete the required fields before moving onto the next page. Select your Program and continue on to the payment Option. You will be prompted to pay by credit card or through PayPal. You will also have the option to Pay at the Office. This means that you plan on paying in person or send an e-transfer.
- For your convenience, and ours, if we need to contact you, we will use the contact information in your account. Please ensure the information is correct and current.
- When registering please ensure you are registering your child in the right program as noted by their date of birth.
- Please contact us at info@delaneyhockey.ca if you require assistance during the registration process. You may also contact us by phone 709 683 7118 and ask for Ryan.
- Pay by E-Transfer: If you plan to pay by e-transfer, please send payment to payments@delaneyhockey.ca and include your child's name, program you are paying for, and age.
- Pay by Credit Card: If you plan to pay by credit card and you did not complete this during the registration process, please let us know and an invoice will be created and sent to your email. Once you receive this, you will be able to pay directly to the invoice online.
- Other Payment Options: If none of these options work or you would like to request a payment plan, please contact us at info@delaneyhockey.ca to discuss your preferred payment method.
- Full Refund for Medical Reasons: Should there be a medical situation that prevents the player from participating, you can rest assured that we offer a 100% refund. We ask that you provide a medical note in such circumstances.
- Cancellations 3 Months Prior: If you need to cancel more than three months before the camp start date, you're eligible for a 90% refund. If you cancel within three months before the camp start date, you'll receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations 2 Months Prior: Should you cancel within two months before the camp start date, you'll receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations 1 Month Prior: If you cancel within one month of the camp start date, we will provide a 25% refund
